Sales terms

-The reservation is confirmed after payment of a minimum deposit of 30%.
-The Villa is available from Saturday 5pm until the following Saturday 10am.
-Pets are not accepted. 
All guests are requested to respect a certain lifestyle to ensure the quietness of the place and the comfort of the guests and the neighbourhood. Parties are not allowed.
Article 1 - Duration of the stay :All reservations are from date to date and therefore only for a fixed period and the client may not under any circumstances take advantage of any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 - Validation of a reservation :Stays are only guaranteed on receipt and collection of a deposit of 30% of the total booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total remaining to be paid on arrival of your stay. The deposit must be paid at the latest within 14 days from the date of the reservation request. The deposit is to be paid either by bank transfer, or by cheque made out to LM Service, or by credit card by contacting us for the procedure. The payment of a deposit implies the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale of Villa Buen Oustaou.
Article 3 - Payment of the balance of the accommodation :The balance of the stay as well as any possible additional services according to your requests, will be paid 3 weeks before the arrival.
Article 4 - Tourist tax :Tourist tax in force in the commune of Sainte Maxime.
Article 5 - Arrival and departure times:The Villa is available from Saturday 5pm.The Villa must be vacated at the latest by 10am on the Saturday of departure.
Article 6 - Pets are not accepted. In the event that the client does not respect this clause, the refusal to accept pets cannot be considered as a modification or a cancellation of the reservation at the initiative of the owner. Therefore, in the event of the client's departure, no refund can be considered.
Article 7 - Art of living, use of the premises :The respect of a certain art of living is requested from all the customers to guarantee the quietude of the place and the comfort of its hosts. In addition, guests are requested not to smoke in the common rooms and bedrooms. The client undertakes to return the house in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible damage for which he/she may be responsible. Children staying on the estate are under the sole responsibility of their parents.
Article 8 - These terms of sale may be modified at any time without prior notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed to be acquired upon payment of the deposit.
Article 9 - CNIL: In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978 on data processing and freedom, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. The owner undertakes not to transmit the information you have provided to other companies or organisations.
Article 10: Pricing conditions : Our conditions, rates and offers are non-contractual and may be modified without notice. Our promotional offers cannot be combined.
Article 11 - Cancellation by the client:For any cancellation, the deposit remains due. If the hirer cancels the contract before the rental period starts and does not appoint a replacement who accepts the same conditions, the hirer is obliged to pay the following percentages of the rental price to cover the costs (excluding cleaning costs), as long as the subsequent rental is not possibleCancellation- Up to 90 days before the rental period: 30% of the rental price- Up to 60 days before the rental period: 50% of the rental price- Up to 30 days before the rental period: 100% of the rental price The owner can then let the property to someone else.
COVID: If confinement makes the stay impossible, the sums paid will be refunded.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner:In the event of a serious and unforeseen problem obliging the owner to cancel the stay on his own initiative, the owner undertakes to inform the client immediately, to reimburse him in full for the sums paid and to offer him any advice on finding alternative accommodation. Therefore, the client, without prejudice to any recourse for damages, will be reimbursed immediately for the amounts already paid.
