Terms & Conditions for your stay in the Villa Buen Oustaou.
Summary :
-Booking Confirmed after payment of a deposit of 30% minimum.
-Booking Canceled without charge if canceled more than 3 months before the stay.
-The Villa is available from 17h on Saturday until the following Saturday 10am.
-For Any cancellation within 3 months of stay, 100% of the stay is due.-Pets Are not accepted.
Article 1 - Length of Stay:Bookings are from date to date so only for a specified period and the customer may in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy.
Article 2 - Validation of a reservation:
Stays are guaranteed only upon receipt and cashing of a deposit of 30% of the total booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total remaining to be paid on arrival of your stay. The deposit must be paid at the latest within 10 days from the reservation request. The deposit is payable by check to the order of LM Service or by credit card by contacting us for the procedure, or by bank transfer. The payment of a deposit implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the Villa Buen Oustaou.
Article 3 - Arrival and departure:
The Villa is available from Saturday 17h.Villa must be vacated by 10am on day of departure Saturday
Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer:
For cancellations, the deposit is due.
If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs (excl. cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible:
Termination
- up to 90 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
- up to 60 days before rental period: 50 % of rental price
- up to 30 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price
The advertiser can thereafter let the property to someone else.
If the tenant terminates their stay early, they are still responsible to pay the full rental price.
Termination is only accepted in writing. The date applicable is the day the document is received by the advertiser.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner:
In case of serious and unexpected forcing the owner to cancel the stay on its own, it undertakes to inform the customer immediately, fully repay the amounts collected and offer him any advice to relocate. So the customer without prejudice to recourse in redress of possibly incurred damages, will be refunded immediately the amounts already paid.
Article 6 - Payment of the balance of accommodation:
The balance together with any additional services according to your requests, are payable on arrival.
Article 7 - tax:
current local tax in the municipality of Sainte Maxime.
Article 8 - Pets are not accepted:
En case of non compliance with this clause by the client, the refusal to accept the animals can not be considered as a modification or termination of the booking to the owner of the initiative . So, in case of guest's departure, no refund can be considered.
Article 10 - Lifestyle, use of premises:
The respect of a certain lifestyle is requested to all guests to ensure the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its guests. In addition, you are asked to kindly not to smoke in the common rooms and bedrooms. The client agrees to make the house in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and financially assume, any possible degradation he may be responsible. Children moving within the area are the sole responsibility of their parents.
Article 11 - The present conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. The acceptance and respect of these conditions of sale are deemed earned upon payment of installments.
Article 12 - CNIL:
According to the law of January 6, 1978 IT and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. The owner agrees not to transmit the information you have provided it to other companies or organizations.
Article 13: pricing conditions: Conditions, rates and deals are not contractual and modifiable without notice Our promotional offers are not combinable among them.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Family- Friendly atmosphere and facilities that the house offers.
We had some tasty plancha BBQs and great meals together outdoors.
We'd love to come back as we felt very much at home.

La piscine avec vue sur mer nous a permis de nous dépayser complètement.
