Not included in the price:
- City tax: 2,3 € / adult / day
Supplements possible:
- Linen: Sheets, beds done, 2 towels/ person (1 large + 1 small),
2 bath mats, changed every week: 40 € / person / week.
- House cleaning during your stay : 160 €
Arriving on Saturday 17h pm and departure on Saturday 10h am .
To confirm a reservation:
- Payment of a deposit of 30% at time of booking with the return of signed rental agreement.
- Payment of the balance no later than 20 days before arrival.
- Payment by check, bank transfer.
- Guarantee deposit: € 1,500 to be paid 20 days prior to arrival and refunded at the end of the stay following the departure inventory.
The final cleaning fee is mandatory, however, the house should be clean.
